KIDS ARTWORK ON CANVAS

Their artwork, made for the wall.

Send us a photo of the painting. We straighten it, crop out the kitchen floor, and correct the colour before printing, so the canvas looks like the artwork rather than a snap of the artwork.

We prepare the artwork

Straightened, cropped back, and colour corrected.

Checked before printing

Reviewed within one business day of payment.

One piece or a collection

A single painting, or several on one canvas.

Pickup or delivery

Free local hand delivery, or tracked Australia-wide.

ARTWORK PREPARATION

A photo of a painting is not the painting.

Most printers print the file exactly as you send it. We sort these out first.

Photographed on an angle

We straighten it so the edges of the artwork sit square.

Carpet, benchtop, or table in the shot

We crop back to the artwork, or lift it off the background entirely.

Yellow or blue cast from indoor light

We correct the colour back to what the paint actually looks like.

A shadow falling across one corner

We even out the lighting so the whole piece reads the same.

Creased paper, tape marks, or torn edges

We tidy these up, or leave them in if they are part of the story.

The photo is too soft for the size you picked

We tell you before you pay, and suggest a size that will hold up.

WAYS TO PRINT IT

One piece, or a whole year of them.

One piece, printed large

The painting they are proudest of, given a whole wall instead of the fridge door.

A collection on one canvas

Several pieces arranged together on a single canvas. A good way to keep a whole year without a whole wall.

Siblings together

Two or more children's pieces combined into one canvas, sized so nobody's is smaller.

Kindy and school years

One piece from each year, printed as a set that grows with them.

Workshop and party pieces

Artwork made at a painting session, finished as a canvas afterwards.

A second one for grandparents

The same artwork printed again at a smaller size, ready to hand over.

HOW IT WORKS

You take the photo. We do the fiddly part.

No editing software, no scanning, no dropping the artwork off anywhere.

BEFORE YOU UPLOAD

How to photograph the artwork.

A phone is fine. Six things make the difference between a canvas that looks right and one we have to send back to you.

Lay the artwork flat on the floor or a table. Do not hold it up.

Use daylight near a window, and turn the flash off.

Stand directly over the middle of the piece, not off to one side.

Fill the frame with the artwork and leave a small margin around it.

Check your own shadow is not falling across it before you tap the button.

Send the largest file your phone will give you.

Not sure if your photo is good enough? Upload it anyway. We check every file before printing and will tell you if it needs another go.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Things parents ask us.

Can you print a drawing done on paper?

Yes. Paintings, drawings, collage, and mixed media all print well on canvas. Send a photo of the piece and we will prepare it before printing.

What if the photo is blurry?

We check every file before printing. If it is too soft to print sharp at the size you chose, we contact you and suggest a size that will work, or ask for a better photo.

Can you remove the background behind the artwork?

Yes. We can crop back to the edge of the artwork, or lift the artwork off the background so it sits on clean white.

Can you put several pieces on one canvas?

Yes. Send the photos and tell us roughly how you want them arranged. We lay them out and show you before printing.

Do you keep the artwork so I can order it again?

We keep artwork from paid orders for 12 months after fulfilment, then delete it during the next monthly cleanup unless you have agreed to longer storage. You can ask us to delete it earlier. Email us with your order reference for a reorder, and please keep your original files in case you need to upload them again.

What sizes can I get?

Sizes run from 16 x 16 in up to 40 x 60 in, in square, rectangle, and panoramic shapes, on rolled or stretched canvas. Prices are shown in the order studio before checkout.

Start with the piece stuck on your fridge.

Photograph it, upload it, and choose a size. We prepare the artwork and check it before anything goes to print.
